1. Order Cancellation by the Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

- Before the Restaurant Accepts the Order: You may cancel your order free of charge if the restaurant has not yet accepted or started preparing your food.
- After the Restaurant Accepts the Order: Once the restaurant has accepted your order and started preparing your food, cancellation may not be available. In some cases, a partial refund may be granted, depending on how far along the preparation process is.
- After Delivery Has Begun: If the delivery driver is already en route with your order, cancellation is not allowed, and you will be charged the full amount.

- You can cancel your order by logging into your account on our website, navigating to the "My Orders" section, and selecting the cancel option.

2. Restaurant or Delivery Partner-Initiated Cancellations

Occasionally, an order may need to be canceled by the restaurant or delivery partner due to unforeseen circumstances. These situations may include:
- Item Unavailability : If the restaurant is unable to fulfill certain items on your order due to ingredient shortages or other operational issues.
- Restaurant Closure: If the restaurant is unexpectedly closed or unable to prepare your order.
- Delivery Limitations: If your delivery address is outside the delivery zone or if there are other unforeseen obstacles preventing the delivery.

In these cases, you will be notified as soon as possible, and you will receive a full refund for the order or the opportunity to place a modified order if possible.

3. Refund Policy for Cancellations

Refunds for canceled orders are handled as follows:

- Full Refund: If you cancel your order before the restaurant begins preparation, or if the cancellation is due to a restaurant or delivery issue, you will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: If the restaurant has already started preparing your order but delivery has not yet begun, a partial refund may be issued to cover the unprepared portion of the order.
- No Refund: If the delivery is already in progress or the food has been fully prepared, no refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Failed Deliveries & No-Show Cancellations

In the event that the delivery driver is unable to complete the delivery due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
- The customer being unavailable or unreachable at the time of delivery.
- Restricted access to the delivery location without prior instruction (e.g., gated communities, secured apartments).

In these cases, the order may be canceled, and no refund will be issued. Please ensure that your contact details and delivery instructions are accurate to avoid failed deliveries.

5. Order Modifications

If you need to modify your order (e.g., change delivery address or modify items), please contact customer support as soon as possible. Modifications are only possible if the restaurant has not started preparing your food. Once food preparation begins, changes cannot be made.

6. Promotions and Discounts

If you cancel an order that was placed using a discount, promotion, or coupon, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid after applying the discount. Canceled orders that used promotional codes may not be eligible for reuse of the same promotion.
